International Legal Firm is seeking a talented Legal Technologist experienced in Document Automation to join an award-winning and established team responsible for Automation & Legal Technology developments throughout the entire document lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise in the creation of new and bespoke automation solutions.
- Design and implement automated document assembly solutions.
- Build, update and maintain automated products and provide support including troubleshooting, managing user access, setting up security, etc.
- Identify opportunities where automation technologies can assist with supporting internal clients, system enhancements and software upgrades.
- Ensure good relationships with software providers and internal clients.
- Establish and deliver training sessions to facilitate the transfer of technical knowledge to colleagues.
- Be aware of market trends and developments in the legal, automation and AI industries.
Experience:
- You will either hold a law degree and have a passion for technology or hold a technology degree with a passion for law.
- 1-3 years prior experience within a law or professional services firm.
- Strong legal automation software experience (ContractExpress, HighQ, Clarilis).
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain the technical simply.
- Creative with a genuine motivation for innovative technology.
