A Document Automation Specialist for a leading Legal Firm. The role will suit a Paralegal that would like to move into a Legal Technology focused role.

Responsibilities:
  • Creating, maintaining and updating automated products and solutions using Contract Express, HighQ (or similar tools)
  • Testing automated documents, correcting errors and recording changes
  • Training users around the business on how to automate documents
  • Providing training to lawyers on how to mark-up a document for automation
  • Advising on best practice for document automation
  • Identifying opportunities where automation can assist our clients
  • Running regular reports on the use of the service and creating management information
Experience:
  • Educated to degree level and ideally experience of working in a legal environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities, working to sometimes conflicting timescales in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • The ability to build trust and rapport to develop effective business relationships, often with senior stakeholders in the business
Desirable:
  • Technical proficiency in using Contract Express
