James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to work on complex disclosure processes from collection through to production, litigation strategy and appropriate technology.

Responsibilities

  • Project management and consulting advice across the entire spectrum of e-disclosure (collection to production).
  • Make extensive use of analytics technologies and how these technologies can be deployed in a variety of settings.
  • Consult with lawyers on the most effective strategies for their disclosure exercises.
  • Assist in the completion of eDiscovery related documents between parties (DRD, EDQ etc).
  • Liaise with IT departments to facilitate the data mapping and collection exercises.
  • Organise and carry out production of documents during disclosure.

Experience

  • More than 3 years' experience in providing litigation support, ideally within a law firm environment as opposed to a supplier.
  • A solid understanding of Relativity and how the product can be manipulated to both drive reviews and efficiencies to save costs.
  • Holding the Relativity Certified Administrator / Analytics qualification is desirable.
  • A solid understanding of analytics and how this can be deployed during reviews.
  • Experience of project management skills and techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
