James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing an experienced Business Analyst for a user focused role; challenging the status quo, driving productivity through the adoption & better use of Technology, to meet business needs and deliver change.
Responsibilities
- Working cross functionally across IT, Project, Legal Applications teams and the wider stakeholder community to gain a detailed understanding of the mandatory and desired outcomes of project/change activities; analysing existing "as is" processes and designing, developing, documenting, the alternative "to be" ways of working.
- Engaging business stakeholders through demonstrating, training and coaching to guarantee change activity meets the business needs and ultimately delivers.
- Plan, scoping and deliver people focused transformation changes.
- Support and develop technical solutions and process recommendations based on fit, feasibility & cost.
- Develop testing and performance measurement/quality plans that enable the project team to measure whether the solution delivered is fit for purpose and meets the brief.
- Capture, analyse & document business requirements and processes.
- Design and develop solutions using the existing technology stack to improve efficiency.
- Develop creative, visual, clear communications, training and to convey future vision.
- Lead business change impact and adoption assessments.
Experience
- Educated to degree level with progressive experience and a demonstrated record of applying logical analysis & business acumen to break down complex problems identifying solutions;
- Effect change through credibility, connection and engagement. Inviting feedback and views to identify and manage challenges and manage potential resistance.
- Act as change and transformation ambassador, inspire colleagues to embrace and embed new processes and working practises.
- Engage user groups to break down (un)defined requirements into actionable insights and facts to define the success of projects.
- Understand IT applications and infrastructure, with specific reference to Microsoft and document production products.
- Effective stakeholder management, building and sustaining relationships across all levels.
