James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing a Business Analyst to work with key stakeholders to capture, analyse & document business requirements for Technology and prioritise delivery based on impact analysis & business value.
Responsibilities
- Working cross functionally gain detailed understanding of change activities and outcomes; capture, analyse & document business requirements and maintain the associated requirements log.
- Support the development of options for the range of technical solutions available to meet the project brief.
- Make solution and process recommendations based on fit, technical feasibility and cost analysis.
- Approach all demand and changes as a business advocate but with a commercial mindset.
- Work with key stakeholders to determine the priority of requirements.
- Work with stakeholders during the design, build and test phases to ensure the solution meets the needs of the business.
- Support the Business Change Management function to increase user adoption and engagement throughout the change process.
- Design and create draft communications, intranet page content and change materials.
- Lead or support project meetings, tracking progress against targets, ensuring commitment from team members to future milestones and recording issues and risks.
Experience
- Educated to degree level you will have at least 2 years’ experience in the analysis of processes / procedures and importantly administering solutions through process change, application development, IT projects or new applications.
- Ability to break down challenges in actionable outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management, fostering relationships through integrity.
- Experience of developing financial tools to track and forecast spend against budget.
- Strong time management, organisation and prioritisation skills, with the motivation to exceed expectations.
Desirable: Legal or Professional Services experience, although non-essential.
