AD Education UK is hiring for the permanent position of Digital Content Creator based in London. At AD Education UK, we shape the future of the creative industries. Through our flagship brands, SAE Institute and ICMP, we deliver industry-focused education to thousands of aspiring creatives across the UK and beyond.
As our Digital Content Creator, you will report directly to the UK Marketing Manager, SAE, and play a key role in bringing the SAE brand to life through video-first, scroll-stopping content. This role is primarily focused on SAE UK, with occasional support for ICMP. You will work closely with the Social Media Executive, Graphic Designer, students, academics and campus teams to capture authentic, energetic content that resonates with Gen Z and Gen Alpha.

What you will be doing?
- Creating standout digital content (video & graphics)
- Leading the creation of high-quality video-first content, from short-form social to longer-format pieces
- Producing interviews, student stories, course explainers, campus features and event content
- Editing content to a high standard using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut or Canva
- Repurposing existing footage and student-created content into engaging short-form videos
- Capturing photography when required, including portraits, lifestyle, campus activity and events
- Creating supporting visuals such as thumbnails, overlays, highlight slides and social graphics
- Working to marketing briefs
- Bringing briefs from the UK Marketing Manager and Marketing Officer to life through strong visual storytelling
- Contributing creative ideas that enhance campaigns while staying aligned with strategy
- Delivering high-quality, on-brand content to deadlines
- Collaborating closely with the UK Marketing Manager, with clear opportunities for upskilling and development
Planning, organisation and workflow
- Planning and coordinating shoots across multiple UK campuses
- Managing equipment, logistics, schedules and file organisation
- Maintaining a clean, structured media library with well-labelled assets
- Balancing multiple projects while staying calm, organised and proactive
Campus and people engagement
- Building strong relationships with students, academics and campus teams
- Confidently engaging people on camera to capture authentic stories
- Spotting content opportunities in classes, workshops, showcases and events
- Travelling regularly to SAE campuses across the UK
Additional content
- Supporting internal communications, explainers, presentations and virtual events when required
- Occasionally supporting ICMP content needs, while keeping SAE as the main focus
Essential:
- Strong video editing skills and a passion for visual storytelling
- Confidence working with cameras, lighting and audio capture
- Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Confidence engaging with students and staff
- Willingness to travel regularly across the UK
Nice to haves:
- Motion graphics or animation experience
