You will be: Assisting with the delivery of campaigns for the DCM Studios Team.

Job Purpose: As a Junior Project Manager within DCM Studios, you will play a vital role in delivering successful campaigns and partnerships on time, on budget and to the highest standard. You will work closely with the Studios Production team as well as with suppliers, clients, exhibitors, agencies and the wider DCM teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • As well as supporting the Studios’ production team on bigger projects, you will run smaller campaigns independently. For all projects you manage, you must be the ‘font of all knowledge’ from an internal DCM perspective, able to field questions, easily locate and manage creative assets, invoices, supplier details, etc.
  • You will create and maintain project timelines, ensuring that deadlines and milestones are clear and achievable. Monitor progress and communicate updates to all stakeholders, addressing any potential delays or issues promptly.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing status updates, attending status calls, and addressing any concerns. Ensure clients are satisfied with project progress and deliverables throughout the process.
  • You will be responsible for accurate set up of campaigns and reporting. Monitoring live campaign delivery, weekly reporting and post campaign analysis.
  • You will build a good knowledge of film products, future releases and our estate of cinema exhibitors in order to develop creative opportunities for our agency/brand clients.
  • Foster good working relationships with relevant agency personnel.
  • Maintain a good understanding and working knowledge of cinema, and the wider AV market.
  • Monitor trade press, national press and online bulletins for sales ideas and industry information, and creative inspiration.

Key Competencies:

  • An understanding of the project management process.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple streams of work at once.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint & Excel systems.
  • Have an interest in/knowledge of the world of media and advertising.
