Join Digital Catapult's RD&I Technology Operations team and play a key role in driving the smooth running of our function while contributing to analysis of cutting-edge technologies. This hybrid role blends operations, insight, and stakeholder engagement – perfect for someone early in their career who's highly organised, curious about emerging tech, and ready to grow. This role is open to our London, Belfast, Bristol and Gateshead offices.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate reporting, governance, and resource tracking to keep the team running smoothly.
- Assist with the production and publication of the Technology Roadmap, collating inputs and managing timelines.
- Organise workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Research and summarise emerging technology trends to inform strategy and publications.
- Prepare briefing notes, updates, and support the development of thought-leadership content.
- Act as a bridge between technical specialists and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in STEM, business, innovation, or policy.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with proven ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex information.
- Demonstrated curiosity about emerging technologies and innovation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
