Overview

In this role you will lead the development of our people systems, reporting and analytics to support a high-performing, engaging workplace. You’ll translate people data into insights for strategic decisions and explore how emerging tech, including AI, can enhance processes and efficiency. You work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to shape our People function’s systems, governance and analytics in a forward-thinking, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as SME and administrator for People systems, ensuring data integrity, security and performance
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and workforce analytics to support decision-making
  • Lead continuous improvement across People processes, driving automation and better user experience
  • Manage statutory and organisational reporting, including diversity and people metrics
  • Support People projects with robust data analysis and recommendations
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and data governance best practices for employee data

Key requirements

  • Experience in a People Systems, HRIS, People Analytics or workforce reporting role
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and present insights
  • Experience producing dashboards/reports using Excel, Power BI or similar tools
  • Knowledge of data governance and GDPR, data quality and security
  • Stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration
  • Experience driving process improvement, systems optimisation or digital transformation (desirable)
