Ready to shape the future of IT at the heart of the business? We’re looking for a strategic IT Delivery Manager to join us on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to spearhead the evolution of our internal systems. You\’ll be the key link between the IT Team and business stakeholders, driving deployments, upgrades, and continuous improvement across infrastructure, SaaS platforms, devices, and security operations. Reporting to the Head of IT, you’ll lead delivery planning, steer cross-functional collaboration, and own the roadmap that keeps our systems operational and scalable. WHAT YOU’LL DO (Duties)

  1. Manage end-to-end delivery of IT systems and products, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
  2. Coordinate functional and non-functional requirements with our internal IT Team and external departmental stakeholders.
  3. Own and maintain delivery artefacts and events such as prioritisation, delivery roadmaps, backlogs, and schedules.
  4. Own the procurement of new and renewals of existing systems/SaaS tool inventory and supplier renewal schedule.
  5. Facilitate backlog refinement and ensure deliverables meet functional expectations and business objectives.
  6. Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies as part of project governance.
  7. Experience working within the technology industry or alongside tech teams.
  8. Proven track record in managing external vendors and suppliers.
  9. Solid background in planning and executing change initiatives.
  10. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a customer and solution-focused mindset.
  11. Demonstrated excellence in service delivery and operational performance.
  12. Scrum / Agile management certification desirable but not essential.
  13. Previous experience within requirements, definition and management skills along with strong technical adaptability and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand new technologies.
