As our Front of House & Facilities Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional workplace experience for our staff, members, and visitors. Responsibilities

  • Deliver a professional and friendly welcome to all visitors, staff, and members, acting as the first point of contact for the organisation.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, visitor sign‑ins, access badges, and ensure all front‑of‑house presentation standards are maintained.
  • Conduct regular checks of meeting rooms, breakout areas, kitchens, printers, and office supplies to ensure a high‑quality workplace environment.
  • Oversee the facilities helpdesk: log and prioritise tickets, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and monitor completion against SLAs.
  • Support our Membership Programme by tracking usage, assisting with workspace needs, and ensuring member areas meet agreed standards.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records, producing reports on visitors, helpdesk performance, and member utilisation to support audits and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front‑of‑house, facilities, office coordination, or workplace operations role.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a professional, confident, and approachable manner.
  • Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with staff, members, suppliers, and visitors.
  • Confident and efficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills for data tracking and reporting, alongside experience using CRM or ticketing platforms.
  • A proactive mindset with high attention to detail, independence, and a commitment to maintaining an exceptional workplace environment.

Salary c. £33,000 subject to experience.
