As an Investment Analyst on Digital Catapult’s Investment Team, you will help support innovative deep-tech startups as they prepare to raise investment and scale. You’ll play a hands‑on role in delivering investment readiness programmes, engaging with investors, and supporting the development of high‑potential companies. This is a great opportunity to build experience in the venture ecosystem, working closely with founders, investors, and programme teams while developing your knowledge of startups and fundraising.

What you'll do (Duties)

  • Support the delivery of investment readiness activities across programmes, including workshops, 1:1 sessions, and founder support
  • Assist with evaluating startups and gathering insights on business models, traction, and fundraising readiness
  • Coordinate investor engagement activities such as fireside chats, pitch practice sessions, and roundtables
  • Conduct research into investment trends, sectors, innovative companies and relevant investors to support programme delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of startups, investors, and programme activity in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support high‑quality programme delivery and founder outcomes
