As our Front of House & Facilities Associate you'll play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional workplace experience for our staff, members, and visitors. WHAT YOU'LL DO (Duties)
- Deliver a professional and friendly welcome to all visitors, staff, and members, acting as the first point of contact for the organisation.
- Manage meeting room bookings, visitor signâins, access badges, and ensure all frontâofâhouse presentation standards are maintained.
- Conduct regular checks of meeting rooms, breakout areas, kitchens, printers, and office supplies to ensure a highâquality workplace environment.
- Oversee the facilities helpdesk: log and prioritise tickets, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and monitor completion against SLAs.
- Support our Membership Programme by tracking usage, assisting with workspace needs, and ensuring member areas meet agreed standards.
- Maintain accurate logs and records, producing reports on visitors, helpdesk performance, and member utilisation to support audits and compliance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a frontâofâhouse, facilities, office coordination, or workplace operations role.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a professional, confident, and approachable manner.
- Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with staff, members, suppliers, and visitors.
- Confident and efficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills for data tracking and reporting, alongside experience using CRM or ticketing platforms.
- A proactive mindset with high attention to detail, independence, and a commitment to maintaining an exceptional workplace environment.
Salary: c. ÂŁ33,000 subject to experience
