£25,000-£40,000 + Commission
We're open to considering Juniors with no recruitment experience right up to Principal level consultants.
P.s We work 8-6pm Monday-Thursday and finish at 4pm on Fridays, I say this early on because this job really isn't for everyone.
5 days per week in the Pure offices Sherwood -NG15 0DT

We help AI start-up's, deep-tech scale-ups, and forward-thinking product/Data teams hire the people wholl shape the future from machine learning engineers to software and Data talent.
We hired our first employee 6 months ago and now need someone else to join us as we try to deal with increasing demand from clients.
This is, if we do say so ourselves, a great opportunity to learn from two experienced Co-Founders and shape your own corner of the business. You will be able to scale your experience due to this exposure, but more importantly win at what you do.
The Role Were hiring a recruiter to join our small, high-impact team. Youll take full ownership of a slice of the business whether thats a market you already know, or one weve identified with strong potential if given the right focus and effort. Youll be trusted to do meaningful work, supported to keep improving, and given the freedom to shape how you work best.
What youll be doing: Managing and developing your own client relationships
Sourcing and qualifying outstanding candidates in your chosen domain (Including cold calling)
Writing job ads and outreach that actually sound like you
Building your brand
Learning the art of a meeting and how you can build so many great relationships.
Collaborating with founders and hiring teams to understand real hiring needs. Learning
how to create solution to bottleneck hiring
Helping build and improve our tools, processes, and playbooks
