£25,000-£40,000 + Commission
We're open to considering Juniors with no recruitment experience right up to Principal level consultants.
P.s We work 8-6pm Monday-Thursday and finish at 4pm on Fridays, I say this early on because this job really isn't for everyone.
5 days per week in the Pure offices Sherwood -NG15 0DT

The RoleWere hiring a recruiter to join our small, high-impact team. Youll take full ownership of a sliceof the business whether thats a market you already know, or one weve identified with strongpotential if given the right focus and effort. Youll be trusted to do meaningful work,supported to keep improving, and given the freedom to shape how you work best.
What youll be doing:Managing and developing your own client relationshipsSourcing and qualifying outstanding candidates in your chosen domain (Including cold calling)Writing job ads and outreach that actually sound like youBuilding your brandLearning the art of a meeting and how you can build so many great relationships.Collaborating with founders and hiring teams to understand real hiring needs. Learninghow to create solution to bottleneck hiringHelping build and improve our tools, processes, and playbooksPerks
We have a quarterly commission scheme that allows you to build up your earnings over time (We can go into more detail on realistic earning potential over a 1-5 year period! xiskglj )
In addition to this, we embark on quarterly incentive trips across the world to celebrate hitting our targets!
