Your new role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduate trainees to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various domains including software development, quality assurance, business analysis, and more. Ideal candidates are recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow within a supportive and innovative environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the QA team and testing activities
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for C# and Selenium-based applications
- Conduct API testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality
- Utilize SQL expertise to validate data integrity and perform backend testing
- Design and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage and maintain high-quality standards
- Prepare detailed test reports and track defects to resolution
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders
- Mentor and guide QA team members to improve skills and efficiency
- Participate in daily scrums and sprint planning meetings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. A relevant degree provides a foundational understanding of software development and testing principles.
- Proven Experience in Software Testing. Minimum 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on automated testing.
- Proficiency in C#. Good programming skills in C#, with the ability to write and understand complex code.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver. Hands-on experience in using Selenium WebDriver for automated testing of web applications.
- Knowledge of Testing Frameworks. Familiarity with testing frameworks like NUnit or MSTest to create and manage automated test scripts.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). In-depth knowledge of the SDLC and various testing methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Experience in API Testing. Skills in testing RESTful and SOAP APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Database and SQL Knowledge. Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation and back-end testing.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD). Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or TeamCity to integrate automated tests.
