Job Requirements
- Proven engineering depth: experienced Frontend Engineer with strong React and TypeScript expertise, demonstrated via production-grade apps or meaningful open-source contributions.
- Production focused: built, shipped, and maintained React applications in production; understand performance, resilience, scalability, and usability.
- Committed to sustainable, high-quality development: design systems, UX quality, clean component architecture; strong testing practices and modern CI/CD tooling.
- UI systems designer: experience designing reusable component libraries, modular frontend architectures, or scalable design systems; knowledge of web performance, state management or frontend security is a plus.
- Technical experience: Master’s or PhD in computer science (or related) or equivalent deep technical skill.
- Strong communicator: able to explain complex ideas clearly in code, writing, and conversation; technical documentation is a bonus.
- Financial prowess: familiarity with financial systems or fintech UI patterns is helpful but not required; eager to learn domain challenges.
