The Role: As a Senior PHP/Laravel Developer, youll play a key part in developing and enhancing the companys flagship platform. Youll have the freedom to influence architecture, contribute to design decisions, and advocate for Test-Driven Development (TDD) all while working alongside some of the brightest Laravel minds in the industry.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Developing and maintaining scalable features using PHP (Laravel framework)
  • Creating dynamic, interactive components with Livewire and Alpine.js
  • Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code with a strong TDD mindset
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-quality software
  • Taking part in code reviews, technical discussions, and ongoing improvement initiatives
  • Bringing new ideas to the table and staying up to date with the latest technologies

What Were Looking For:

  • At least 7 years experience in PHP/Laravel development
  • Strong experience with Laravel Livewire
  • Familiarity with Alpine.js (or enthusiasm to learn)
  • A genuine advocate for Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
  • Experience with Filament PHP is desirable, but not essential
