A well-established and leading SaaS software platform with its head office in Stoke-on-Trent is looking to appoint a Part-Time Sales Support Administrator to join its growing commercial team. This is a great opportunity for an organised, personable administrator who enjoys being at the heart of a busy sales function — and wants the flexibility that part-time hours bring. The business is going through an exciting period of growth, and this role has been created to give the sales team the day-to-day support they need to keep momentum going. You'll be the reliable go-to person keeping quotes, orders, CRM records and customer communications ticking along nicely behind the scenes.
If you thrive on variety, take pride in getting the details right and enjoy a role where no two days look quite the same, this one is worth a closer look.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day admin, including raising quotes, processing orders and preparing sales documentation
- Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries — responding promptly and professionally by phone and email
- Keeping the CRM up to date with accurate customer, prospect and pipeline information
- Coordinating diaries, meetings and product demos for the sales team
- Producing sales reports, activity summaries and pipeline updates for management
- Liaising with colleagues across installations, support and finance to keep the customer journey seamless
- Managing incoming leads, logging them into the CRM and ensuring timely follow-up
- Supporting proposal preparation and contract paperwork where needed
- Providing general administrative cover across the wider sales function
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a sales administration, sales support or commercial admin role
- Confident communicator — clear and professional, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and confident across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer-focused, approachable and professional
- Experience within a SaaS, software or technology business would be a real plus
