- Managing pension schemes across multiple providers β from initial setup through to ongoing administration, ensuring contributions and submissions are accurate and on time.
- Acting as the trusted first point of contact for clients, offering practical payroll advice and building long-term working relationships.
- Handling the more technical side of the role β reconciliations, manual calculations and resolving queries that need a sharper eye.
- Supporting the development of junior team members, sharing your know-how and helping them grow into their roles.
