Are you an experienced Application Support Specialist looking to join a well-established, innovative software platform with a fantastic reputation for client service and product excellence? Our client, based in Stoke-on-Trent, is expanding their team and is seeking a motivated and professional application support specialist to join their growing business. The role can be remote (as long as you are UK based) with occasional visits to the office and will require travelling to do software installs on client sites around 1 week a month (4 nights max away) - your hotel accommodation and expenses will be covered when travelling.
The Role: You’ll play a key role in delivering and supporting the implementation of a bespoke software platform to clients across the UK. You’ll be responsible for:
- Installing and configuring software systems for new customers.
- Delivering end-user training and ensuring smooth adoption of the system.
- Providing on-site support during client go-lives.
- Collaborating with internal technical teams to resolve installation issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Details: Travel: Occasional travel around the UK staying away from home – hotel accommodation and expenses provided. Company car provided if required. Full training on the specific software platform will be provided.
