Are you an experienced Health and Safety professional looking for a rewarding role within a well-established and respected manufacturing organisation? Our client, a leading manufacturer with a long-standing reputation for quality and innovation, is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to take ownership of all HSE activities across their site near Kidderminster. As the Health and Safety Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the business. You will be responsible for ensuring that all operations meet and exceed relevant Health, Safety, and Environmental standards while maintaining the company’s commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance across the site. Maintain, monitor, and continually improve ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems. Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections, ensuring adherence to all HSE policies and legal obligations. Provide expert advice and training to managers and staff to foster a proactive safety culture. Investigate incidents and near misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with senior leadership to align HSE initiatives with broader business objectives. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a Health, Safety, and Environmental management role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. In-depth knowledge and practical experience of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent qualification) preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels. A proactive, hands-on approach to continuous improvement and compliance.
