The RoleAs a Health & Safety Advisor, you will be the face of safety across various sites, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained while fostering a positive safety culture. Your day–to–day will involve:
Conducting site inspections and comprehensive audits.
Providing practical, solution–oriented advice to site management and operational teams.
Assisting in the development of RAMS and ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations.
Leading incident investigations and implementing preventative measures.
Delivering engaging toolbox talks and safety briefings.
What You ll BringThe ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator who understands the nuances of a live site environment. To be successful, you should have:
Proven Experience: A solid track record in H&S within Civil Engineering, Utilities, or Construction.
Qualifications: NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate

Mobility: A full UK driving licence, as you will be visiting various local projects.
