Are you an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist living near Leatherhead, Surrey?  This leading and well-established business services group with an incredible reputation is headquartered in Leatherhead, Surrey. They are rapidly expanding and are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team and drive their digital presence forward.  The Role:We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimise their digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, and supporting our overall business objectives.  This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong all-around digital skills to make a significant impact within a respected organisation.  Within this varied role, you will:

• SEO: Develop and execute successful SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve organic search rankings and visibility. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance monitoring.
• PPC: Manage and optimise Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, including budget management, keyword selection, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
• Email Marketing: Plan, create, execute, and analyse targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage our audience. Manage email lists, segmentation, and automation workflows.
• Content: Assist in the creation and optimisation of engaging, high-quality content for our website, blog, email campaigns, and potentially social media channels, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and brand voice.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, identifying trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

  About You:

• Proven experience working as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Executive, or similar role.
• Demonstrable, hands-on experience and strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Email Marketing principles and practices, and content marketing/creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
