Are you an experienced Application Support Specialist looking to join a well‑established, innovative software platform with a fantastic reputation for client service and product excellence? Our client, based in Stoke‑on‑Trent, is expanding their team and is seeking a motivated and professional application support specialist to join their growing business.
The Role:
You’ll play a key role in delivering and supporting the implementation of a bespoke software platform to clients across the UK. You’ll be responsible for:
- Installing and configuring software systems for new customers.
- Delivering end‑user training and ensuring smooth adoption of the system.
- Collaborating with internal technical teams to resolve installation issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Hybrid role: You should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Stoke‑on‑Trent.
- Travel: Occasional travel around the UK staying away from home – hotel accommodation and expenses provided.
- Company car provided if required.

We’re looking for someone who is:
