As Management Accountant, you'll work closely with the finance team and wider business to produce accurate and timely management accounts, provide insightful analysis, and support budget and forecasting processes.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis
- Providing financial insight and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Analysing costs, margins, and operational performance to support business decisions
- Assisting with year-end processes and liaising with external auditors
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements within the finance function
Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or AAT) — actively studying preferred. Previous experience in a management accounts or finance role, ideally within manufacturing or a similar industry. Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with financial systems.
