London – Remote | Full-time

At Digital Aesthetics, we are not your average digital agency. Since 2007, we’ve helped clinics, doctors, and healthcare brands thrive online with powerful strategies, creative flair, and a deep understanding of the aesthetics and wellness sector. From independent Harley Street clinics to global brands, we partner with some of the most innovative names in private healthcare—and we’re just getting started.

We are on the hung for a creative and technically sharp Web Designer to join our London-based team. You will take the lead on designing visually stunning and conversion-optimised websites using WordPress and Elementor, working closely with our developers, content strategists, and marketing leads to deliver impactful digital experiences.

If you love combining clean design with smart UX and want to work on meaningful, industry-leading healthcare projects, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design modern, user-focused websites for aesthetic clinics and healthcare brands, from concept to delivery.
  • Translate brand strategy and user goals into beautiful, functional layouts in Elementor and WordPress.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes that bring ideas to life and align with marketing and SEO goals.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, content and development teams to ensure seamless design integration and high performance.
  • Maintain design consistency and accessibility across all devices with fully responsive builds.
  • Continually optimise UI/UX based on user insights, analytics, and conversion metrics.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in design, WordPress tools, healthcare UX and digital aesthetics.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional experience in web design with a strong digital portfolio.
  • Solid proficiency in WordPress and Elementor—you’ve built and launched full sites from scratch.
  • Comfortable using design tools like Figma, Sketch, Photoshop or similar.
  • A keen eye for typography, layout, spacing, and colour, with an instinct for good UX.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how design decisions affect code and performance.
  • Experience designing for mobile-first and cross-browser responsive environments.
  • Confident presenting ideas and working directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Bonus: Experience in healthcare, aesthetics or wellness industries is a plus, but not essential.

Why Join Digital Aesthetics?

  • Sector specialism: Work with purpose—our clients improve lives through aesthetics, health, and well-being.
  • Creative freedom: You’ll have space to bring your ideas to life and influence how we approach UX and design.
  • Diverse projects: No two days are the same—from Harley Street clinics to global healthcare groups.
  • Hybrid working: You can work from our central London office or home.
  • Growth opportunities: Be part of a growing team that values mentorship, development, and creativity.
  • Vibrant agency culture: We’re a close-knit, passionate team that loves what we do.
