Description
Perform property inventory reports (check‑ins, check‑outs or midterm inspections) with great attention to detail to spot and report defects or discrepancies in a property.
Review the working order of appliances, collect meter readings, and test the functional items of a property.
Leverage our bespoke software and app solutions to fulfill inspections efficiently.
Escalate noticeable maintenance and cleanliness concerns to enable reactive decision‑making and improve property and tenancy turnaround.
Serve as a trustworthy point of contact for our team and customers to help process enquiries promptly and accurately.
Contribute to healthy professional relationships within the team, at client offices, and demonstrate an appetite for success.
Deliver inspections at our site location in Leatherhead (KT22) and have access to a car or be comfortable traveling via public transport.

Requirements
- Be available to work on a self‑employed flexible schedule based on business needs, including most Saturdays and public holidays.
