Electrical/electronic background with hands‑on experience in control circuits, motors, and drives. NVQ Level 4 / ONC or higher in an Electrical/Electronic discipline. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and adapt support to the customer’s skill level. A proactive, professional approach — someone who takes ownership and delivers excellence. Lift industry experience is a nice to have but not essential as we provide comprehensive training.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot control circuits, motors, and drives remotely and on‑site.
- Guide customers step‑by‑step in fault finding and equipment set‑up.
- Provide training at our factory or on customer sites.
- Keep our technical support system up to date for accurate information.
- Support modifications, share insights with colleagues, and ensure all customer queries are resolved or escalated.
- Represent DAC as the Dependable Technical Contact our customers can trust.
