Bloom & Wild is seeking a senior quality and compliance lead focused on non-flower products, primarily in the UK. You will define standards, lead audits, manage regulatory sign-offs, and own the end-to-end quality framework across multi-category gifts and non-flower items from our Nuneaton site.
You’ll bring 5+ years in food technical or quality roles, with HACCP and regulatory knowledge, strong auditing skills, and the ability to translate technical data into practical decisions.
