We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle B2C Service Cloud (Right Now) Technical Consultant to join our project on a subcontract basis. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding of Right Now and a proven track record of implementing, customizing, and maintaining complex Right Now solutions. Candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into robust technical designs and delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Right Now Cloud platform to meet business requirements. This includes configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Proven expertise in developing Custom Scripts, Custom Processes, BUI Extensions/Add-Ins, Business Rules, and Workspaces.
- Strong experience with REST APIs for integrating Oracle B2C Service Cloud with other systems.
- Proficiency in PHP, .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, ROQL, and ConnectPHP.
- Experience with middleware/integration platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Familiarity with Oracle B2C features like Job Scheduler, Element Manager, Data Sync, and External Objects.
- Strong knowledge of database concepts and proficiency in SQL.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Oracle B2C Service Cloud certifications are a significant plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a client-facing consulting role.
- Knowledge of other Oracle CX products will be good to have.
- Prior experience in mentoring junior team members.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
