Weare building acutting-edge FinOps automation platformβ anintelligent, No-Code solution designed toautomate core FinOps processes, including Cost Optimization, Budgeting, Forecasting, Allocation, and Tagging. Our platform ensures seamless collaboration between FinOps teams and critical stakeholders (Engineers, DevOps, Finance, and Leadership), significantly reducing operational overhead.
The project isactive (Post-MVP), integrating with major public cloud providers, third-party FinOps tools, and awide array ofservices (ticketing, telemetry, databases). Weoperate using the Agile methodology and continuously enhance our solution, including AI-assistance capabilities for workflow building.
This isaFull-time and Long-term position.

Your Core Responsibilities
Inthis role, you will bethe key link between the product and the end-user:
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers tounderstand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, user-friendly content, including examples and tutorials for newly released features.
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation for APIs, SDKs, and other developer-focused products.
- Autonomously test features toproduce accurate instructions, such asinstalling aDocker Compose environment and running scripts.
- Improve and extend the existing documentation structure and content.
- Write compelling marketing materials, such asblog posts and sales collaterals, explaining technical advantages and use cases.
Requirements
- Minimum of4+years ofexperience inwriting technical documentation and customer-facing materials.
- Anexcellent command ofEnglish (C1level) isessential.
- Strong understanding ofCloud Computing concepts.
- Technical proficiency with development tools.
