This role is part of Digis’ internal sales & lead generation department. The team works with LinkedIn and email outreach to generate qualified leads for IT outsourcing and staff augmentation services. The processes are mature, well-documented, and currently scaling. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and Lead Generation team, directly influencing the company’s sales pipeline.
Key Tools & Technologies:- Email Outreach (Gmail-based tools)
- Google Sheets / Google Docs
- AI tools for writing support: ChatGPT, Grammarly
- 1+ year of experience in Lead Generation / Outreach (outsourcing/outstaffing companies)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and email outreach
- Ability to write manual, personalized outreach messages
- Familiarity with ChatGPT / Grammarly as writing assistants
- Build ICP-based company lists
- Find and verify contact data (emails, LinkedIn profiles) of decision-makers
- Write personalized outreach messages (email + LinkedIn)
- Log and maintain data in tracking sheets / CRM
- Continuously improve outreach quality and conversion rates
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Lead Gen team
