We are seeking an experienced IT Marketing Project Manager (Part-Time).
About the Project
- We partner with luxury and independent hotels to elevate their digital presence and drive sustainable direct growth.
Project Location & Time Zone: UK-based client, work in Ukrainian time zone
Project Stage: Ongoing
Methodology: Scrum
Commitment: Part-time, 4 hours per day (Monday—Friday)
Team Composition: 1 PO, Scrum Master, Account Manager, dev team, designer team
Client Onboarding
- Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project management.
Project Management
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of website builds and booking engine setups.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
Process Improvement
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies.
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
- Support sales activities with project insights, reporting, and client presentations.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT marketing project management.
- 3+ years of experience working with Scrum methodology.
- Experience with web development, CMS platforms, integrations, Jira, and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Previous experience in the hospitality sector or digital agencies.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
- Background in website delivery and/or client onboarding processes.
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
