This is an early-career role with outsized scope. Working directly with the CCO of a Nasdaq-listed ESG intelligence company, you will sit at the intersection of four things: commercial strategy support, partnerships, team enablement, and AI integration. You are here to help a distributed commercial team build partnerships and sell better, faster, and more consistently. If you are 0–2 years into your career, think in systems, love building things that scale, and are already fluent in how AI tools are reshaping knowledge work - this was written for you.

Three pillars of the role

  • CCO support & partnerships intelligence
    • Maintain commercial and partnership assets: pitch decks, one-pagers, partner briefs, and battlecards across the group portfolio
    • Support market and competitive research: landscape mapping, regulatory monitoring, and profiling of target accounts and potential partners
    • Help track the partnership pipeline alongside commercial pipeline — status updates, forecast summaries, and reporting for leadership
    • Assist with partner evaluation and onboarding — research, first-pass diligence, and coordination as new partnerships are scoped
    • Be an extra pair of hands for the CCO on time-sensitive work, including partner-facing materials
  • Commercial & partner enablement
    • Help build and maintain sales and partner onboarding materials, playbooks, and messaging guides for a geographically distributed team
    • Support the development of objection-handling and discovery frameworks, including partner-specific messaging by entity and persona
    • Help create a lightweight rhythm of commercial learning across the team
    • Assist in tracking which enablement and partner materials actually move the needle, and iterate
  • AI integration across the commercial org
    • Help identify where AI tools save time across commercial and partnership workflows - research, proposal writing, outreach, meeting prep
    • Support the build-out of practical AI-powered workflows the team can actually use
    • Help the team pick up useful tools and prompting practices
    • Bring back relevant AI developments worth trying
    • Support the CCO's own AI workflow setup as it evolves

What we are looking for

  • 0–2 years of experience (internships count) in a startup, consultancy, commercial, or partnerships-adjacent role
  • Comfortable with AI tools day-to-day and curious to get better at using them
  • Strong written communication - you can make a complex idea simple on the page
  • Organized and proactive - you follow things through without being chased
  • Curious about ESG, sustainability regulation, or enterprise SaaS, or keen to learn fast
  • Fluent in English; another European language a plus
  • Based in or able to work in a London-compatible timezone

Why this role

  • Daily access to a CCO operating across multiple business units and continents
  • Front-row seat to how partnerships and commercial deals get built - and a chance to contribute to shaping them
  • Ownership of specific workstreams (enablement, AI tooling) that grows as you show you can run with it
  • A credible path toward a partnerships, commercial, or GTM role within 18–24 months
  • Work at the intersection of sustainability, regulation, and enterprise technology
