Digimasters Ltd was founded in 2017 as a digital transformation consultancy focused on technology, business process optimisation and data analytics. Digimasters works across all industries and provides experience in organisations of all sizes. Primarily based in London, UK, we work in many regions including the US, EU, APAC and the Middle East. Digimasters takes on additional talent during large programmes of work. For our engagements with clients in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC), as well as other sectors, we have several roles supporting the delivery of technology, business change, and data programmes.
ROLE
We’re looking for a creative and driven UI/UX Designer to join our growing Digimasters team! This role is perfect for new graduates eager to launch their careers, work on impactful projects, and learn alongside experienced consultants and data specialists.
As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll play a hands-on role in designing brilliant digital experiences—everything from data apps and A.I. solutions, to board-level presentations, wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-ups. You’ll get to see your work make a real difference to business transformation programmes at major organisations, while building a strong foundation for your career.
You’ll be supported by our design and data experts, with clear mentorship and development opportunities. You’ll report to our Creative Lead and work closely with cross-functional teams—including data architects, engineers, and client stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Collaborate with consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to design user-centric solutions for data apps, A.I. tools, and digital dashboards
* Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to visualise requirements and bring concepts to life
* Design high-fidelity mock-ups and interactive prototypes using modern design tools (e.g., Figma)
* Support the creation of impactful presentations and visual assets for board-level and client-facing meetings
* Take part in workshops and brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and creative solutions
* Help translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and intuitive interfaces
* Iterate designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members, striving for continuous improvement
* Stay up to date with the latest design trends, best practices, and tools
* Maintain and develop our internal design system, ensuring consistency across projects
* (Bonus!) Use basic web development skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bring interactive prototypes to life and collaborate more closely with developers
EXPECTATIONS IN THE ROLE
The following skills and attributes are essential for success in this role:
* User-Focused Mindset: Ability to put yourself in the users’ shoes, designing solutions that are as intuitive as they are visually appealing
* Collaborative Spirit: Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams and open to feedback and new ideas
* Technical Curiosity: Eagerness to work with data, A.I., and emerging digital tools—even if you’re new to the space
* Attention to Detail: Pride in producing polished work and sweating the small stuff to ensure every pixel is in the right place
* Proactive Learner: Willingness to ask questions, seek feedback, and stretch yourself outside your comfort zone
* Passion for Design: A genuine interest in digital design, with a portfolio (coursework, personal projects, or internships) that showcases your creativity and skills
* (Bonus!) Web Development Skills: Experience or interest in web development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is highly valued—you don’t have to be an expert, but being able to build or tweak basic web pages and prototypes will help you stand out
QUALIFICATIONS
* Recent graduate in UX/Interaction/ Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
* Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills (uni projects, personal work, freelance gigs, or internships)
* Familiarity with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar)
* Basic understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography
* Some exposure to web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a real plus
* Interest in data visualisation, digital apps, or A.I. a bonus—but not essential
* Great communication skills, with the confidence to share your ideas and take on feedback
* Eligibility to work in the UK
This is a Hybrid role and does require candidates to work in central London as well as remotely. We do not sponsor visas so you must be eligible to already work in the UK
