As the Electronic Retail Shop Manager at Digiland Ltd, you’ll take full responsibility for the store’s operations, team performance, customer satisfaction, and both local and national marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment, has a genuine passion for consumer electronics, and enjoys driving brand visibility and sales through effective marketing campaigns at both community and company‑wide levels.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily store operations and maintain high retail standards
- Maintain and update the Shopify‑based online store, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and stock levels
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle escalated issues
- Manage stock levels, merchandising, and product presentation
- Analyse sales data and implement strategies to drive growth
- Execute local and national marketing initiatives to increase footfall and brand awareness
- Support social media activity, in‑store promotions, and community engagement
