DigiKape Resourcing is a leading recruitment agency, specialising in filling ad hoc shifts and providing temporary and permanent placements for both public and private sectors. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Level 3 to work in the London Borough of Waltham Forest.
The role focuses on minimising the Council's legal exposure through proactive case management, maintaining a high standard of living for tenants, and delivering a cost-effective repair service.
Job Role:
- The role is responsible for ensuring the Councils Legal Disrepair procedures are followed, identifying improvement measures, in order to resolve cases quickly, cost effectively, to the residents' satisfaction.
- Ensuring the disrepair programme is managed to minimise the Councils financial and legal exposure, so that the Council fulfils its statutory obligations, particularly in relation to damp and mould and building safety.
- Close coordination with the Repairs Partnering Team, Legal team, and external contractors to effectively manage repairs cases, and keep an accurate log of the repairs history for each case.
