The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Copier Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Copier Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a range of multifunctional photocopiers and printers at client sites throughout South Wales.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair photocopiers, printers, and MFDs (multi-functional devices)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently
- Provide technical support and training to customers
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times
- Liaise with the service desk and management to ensure timely completion of jobs
About You
- Proven experience servicing and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, MFDs)
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- IT literacy and familiarity with networked devices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning
