We are a growing Revit outsourcing company seeking a Senior Structural Revit Technician to join our team. This role suits an experienced technician who enjoys delivering high-quality structural models across UK projects while working flexibly in a collaborative environment.

The role is primarily remote, with fortnightly in-person collaboration sessions with the rest of the team in London for coordination, technical discussion, and team development.

  • Produce accurate, high-quality structural Revit models and drawings
  • Work across a number of sectors but primarily commercial and residential projects, including new build and refurbishment
  • Model and detail steel, reinforced concrete, timber, and masonry structures
  • Ensure outputs meet UK standards and project requirements
  • Contribute to the development of Revit standards, workflows, and best practice
  • Attend internal meetings and contribute to project delivery discussions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience working on UK-based structural projects
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structures)
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential
  • Experience with steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures
  • Experience in commercial and residential developments
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to independently manage and deliver project drawing and modelling work from setup to issue
  • Genuine interest in building structures and engineering design
  • Familiarity with BIM Level 2 workflows
