About the Role
Owning the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through to close.
Responsibilities
- Building and managing your own pipeline, targeting £500k–£750k annually
- Leading outbound activity (calls, email, LinkedIn), identifying and engaging mid-market prospects
- Running a consultative sales process—understanding client challenges and positioning tailored solutions
- Working closely with delivery teams to scope projects, shape proposals, and align on timelines
- Managing deals through HubSpot CRM, keeping pipeline clean and forecasts accurate
- Ensuring a smooth handover post-sale, setting projects up for success from day one
Required Skills
- Experience in a full-cycle AE, BDM, or BDR/AE hybrid role
- Comfortable leading outbound and building pipeline from scratch
- A track record of hitting quota (ideally in the £500k+ range)
- Confident running consultative sales processes with mid-market clients
- Experience in SaaS, agency, CRM, or professional services sales is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills—able to hold your own with stakeholders
- Driven, self-sufficient, and accountable—you own your number
Pay range and compensation package
Salary: £45,000 OTE: £90,000 (uncapped)
