  • Owning the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through to close.
  • Building and managing your own pipeline, targeting £500k–£750k annually.
  • Running a consultative sales process—understanding client challenges and positioning tailored solutions.
  • Working closely with delivery teams to scope projects, shape proposals, and align on timelines.
  • Managing deals through HubSpot CRM, keeping pipeline clean and forecasts accurate.
  • Ensuring a smooth handover post-sale, setting projects up for success from day one.

Experience:

  • Experience in a full-cycle AE, BDM, or BDR/AE hybrid role.
  • Comfortable leading outbound and building pipeline from scratch.
  • Confident running consultative sales processes with mid-market clients.
  • Experience in SaaS, agency, CRM, or professional services sales is a strong plus.
