Job Summary
- Organise exhibitions and training events.
- Develop and manage the brand's digital marketing strategies.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
- Proofread product literature, website content, and general editorial materials.
- Work alongside the sales team as required.
Key Duties
- Organise exhibitions and training events.
- Coordinate & liaise DiGiCo's presence at international exhibitions, including logistics, booth contractor, graphics, travel and arrangements.
- Arrange and manage in-house and external training events, as required.
- Provide on-the-ground support and hospitality at training events and exhibitions.
- Engage with clients to build brand profile.
- Organise all elements of travel where required for the sales and marketing teams.
Digital Marketing
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing to aid prospect development and conversion.
- Consolidate and manage databases of customer and distributor contact details.
- Coordinate the creation and sending of email bulletins to customers and distributors.
- Respond to marketing enquiries from customers and distributors.
Administrative Support to the Marketing Team
- Fulfil requests for marketing materials from VP of Sales and Distributors.
- Coordinate provision of advertisement artworks to magazines and websites.
- Provide other marketing services as required.
- Run the back office function for the Marketing Manager and assist brand ambassadors and relationship managers.
- Manage merchandise stock for online store including ordering and distribution.
Qualifications
- Degree level education or equivalent experience (desired).
- Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office software, including Excel.
- Event organisation experience.
- Previous experience of working in a marketing role.
- Good knowledge of all Social Media Platforms & Email Marketing Platforms.
- Degree in Marketing or related discipline (desired).
- Two to three years marketing experience.
- Experience using professional image editing and design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
