Join our dynamic finance team as a Revenue Assurance Officer, where you will play a critical role in safeguarding revenue, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the delivery of innovative telecom solutions. In this regional role, you will help ensure that every service delivered is accurately billed and collected, minimizing revenue leakage while supporting business growth across both consumer and enterprise segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and finalize Salesforce (SFDC) opportunities to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, identifying trends and actionable insights
  • Support commission validation across business and consumer channels
  • Investigate and assist in resolving billing errors and discrepancies
  • Conduct trial bill reviews and validate contracts against billing outputs
  • Collaborate across teams to support product launches, billing validation, and revenue-impacting projects
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance data quality and reduce revenue leakage
  • Assist with ad hoc projects across multiple business lines
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
  • Degree level qualification in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a telecommunications or highly competitive FMCG environment
  • Strong understanding of multiple product lines, marketing/sales channels and commercial operations
  • Experience in a tech-driven or innovative environment is an asset
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and trends
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and risk mitigation
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions
