Job Purpose:

This role provides primary support to the Service Delivery Manager by coordinating daily warehouse activities including inventory logging, storage, and distribution. It also supports logistics processes to ensure the smooth flow of procured items through brokerage to delivery at the warehouse.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inventory: Utilize inventory tracking systems to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels. Assist departments by providing inventory reports and logistics updates. Liaise with shippers, customs, and delivery crews to ensure timely delivery. Ensure compliance with warehouse processes and documentation; conduct stock counts. Support spares, faulty units, and RMA processes with suppliers (e.g., Huawei, ZTE, Ciena). Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Produce weekly activity reports including issues, resolutions, escalations, and stock levels. Conduct regular warehouse inspections. Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and properly labeled. Recommend improvements for safety and security.
  • Support: Assist O&M, ICT, and Transport engineers with network maintenance tasks.
  • Reporting: Escalate unresolved issues promptly to line manager. Maintain inventory records and produce monthly reports.
  • Company Resources and Tools: Maintain all company tools and equipment in good working condition. Ensure timely servicing of tools such as vehicles, drones, fuel systems, testing equipment, etc.
  • Other Responsibilities: Complete assigned tasks within deadlines. Follow HSE guidelines. Contribute to CAPEX and OPEX planning. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative or inventory-related roles
  • Familiarity with telecoms environment is an asset
  • Valid Driver’s License
