Responsibilities
- Service Roadmap:
- A living roadmap showing quarterly and long-term plans for feature development, integrations and enhancements.
- Aligned to strategic needs.
- Prioritised based on feedback, maturity assessment and operational needs.
- Feature Demand & Prioritisation Framework:
- A transparent mechanism for managing requests.
- Regularly reviewed, with stakeholder engagement.
- Roadmap linked to value and service maturity categories.
- Risk & Compliance Tracking as required:
- Live view of risks (security, delivery, adoption), mitigations and assurance activities.
- Connection to the Governance and Assurance pillars.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication as required:
- Regular updates to governance bodies.
- Comms for app teams and service users: onboarding guides, policy changes, etc.
- Community engagement: show-and-tells, changelogs, Q&A sessions.
