Role Description
The Partnership Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Guildford. This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and growing relationships with publishers, advertisers, and other partners within the performance marketing ecosystem. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new partnership opportunities, managing existing accounts, coordinating campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring partners receive timely updates and support. The Partnership Executive will collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign outcomes, negotiate commercial terms, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance Digi Reach's network and value proposition.
Qualifications
- Experience in partnership management, account management, or business development within digital marketing or media environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
- Familiarity with performance marketing concepts such as affiliate marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data, track KPIs, and produce clear reports and recommendations.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple partnerships, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting dashboards to manage partner information and performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Guildford, contributing to team discussions and cross-functional projects.
- Prior experience in a client-facing role and a background in marketing, business, or a related field; a relevant degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.
