With parks located in Kent, Devon, Durham and Yorkshire, Diggerland offers a unique, action-packed day out featuring 20 rides and drives, 100+ machines, and a wide range of activities suitable for all ages (height restrictions apply).
The Role: We’re looking for a friendly, confident, and organised Shop Supervisor to help run our Admissions Desk and Gift Shop. You’ll lead a small team, make sure guests feel welcome, and keep things running smoothly day to day. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to step up into a leadership role or grow their management experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming guests and making sure they have a great experience.
- Supporting and supervising the Admissions and Retail team.
- Making sure tills, bookings, and daily paperwork are completed correctly.
- Helping train and motivate staff.
- Keeping the shop well stocked, tidy, and safe.
- Stepping in to help the wider park team when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with customers (retail, hospitality, leisure, or similar).
- Confidence leading or supporting a team (formal management experience is helpful but not essential).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable using tills, booking systems, and basic computer programs.
