We are seeking a Senior Director – Transport Data Analytics & Digital Solutions to lead the transformation of transport customer experiences. You’ll build and own the digital strategy, deploying advanced analytics, emerging technologies, and real-time data tools that redefine mobility in a city of the future.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a digital roadmap with APIs, dashboards, and data products
• Lead predictive modelling and customer behavior analytics
• Oversee real-time CX performance systems
• Deliver digital journey planning and disruption management tools
