The Opportunity:
An ambitious and expanding, PIF-backed organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned Director to lead its Compensation & Benefits function. This strategic role will be instrumental in designing and executing competitive, innovative reward strategies that align with the organization’s ambitious growth plans and commitment to excellence. You will play a pivotal role in building an environment where top talent is attracted, retained, and motivated to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement market-leading compensation strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational values.
- Conduct comprehensive market benchmarking and salary reviews to maintain competitive positioning.
- Manage and refine salary structures and pay scales across all business units, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Design, manage, and optimize corporate bonus and incentive programs linked to individual and corporate performance.
- Leverage data-driven insights to oversee compensation budgets, analytics, and executive reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi labour laws and internal governance standards.
- Lead communication initiatives to ensure transparency and understanding of compensation programs across the organization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and Finance teams to ensure full alignment of compensation strategies.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance process efficiency and automate compensation workflows.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in Compensation & Benefits, including 3-5 years in a leadership role. Middle East experience, especially in Saudi Arabia, is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Advanced degrees and certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP, CIPD) are advantageous.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical capability with expertise in data interpretation and reporting.
- Deep understanding of compensation frameworks, market practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Strategic thinker with outstanding project management skills.
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency with compensation management systems and HRIS platforms.
